Brady Rude

Curriculum Development

Bio: Brady Rude received his bachelor's degree in molecular and cellular neuroscience from The Ohio State University in May of 2020. He currently teaches middle school math and science in his hometown of Sterling, Illinois. As a curriculum developer, Brady's role at API is to work with the education team to construct deliverable, standards-aligned, educational experiences for API programs and affiliated educational partners.

Brady is passionate about education, primarily as it relates to youth health in rural areas. A central theme of API's mission is to provide access to care and resources for the traditionally underserved. Having lived in both rural Illinois and Columbus, Ohio, Brady is aware of the discrepancies that exist between large urban centers and small rural communities. Brady's mission is to help bridge these gaps, and usher in a new era of possibilities for all communities.
